I have to admit, I was kind of ho-hum about the original Moog MuRF pedal. It made a nice stepped filtery/phasey sound, but it seemed like a kind of a one-trick pony. But in its latest incarnation, the MF-105M MIDI MuRF, not only can you sync the filter steps to MIDI clock, but Moog sez all of its parameters are MIDI-controllable, and it appears all the filter steps can be turned on and off too. MIDI MuRF combines the filters of the original "guitar" MuRf with the bass model, so that's kinda neat too. Coming in August. We-do-do-do-wah-da....
